About the Role:

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and manage customer accounts in industrial and retail segments
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Support customers with product knowledge and technical guidance

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Commerce/Business preferred)
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products

About the Role:

UBL Bearings is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support our supply chain operations.You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality raw materials and components at the best value while maintaining strong vendor relationships. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier partnerships (domestic & international)
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production for timely supply
    Ensure compliance with BIS and other regulatory standards
  • Analyze market trends to anticipate cost fluctuations and supply risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering/Business
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing sector
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
  • Eagerness to learn vendor management and import/export processes

About the Role:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll ensure that every bearing leaving our facility meets UBL’s high standards of precision, durability, and performance. You’ll work closely with production and R&D teams to maintain and improve quality systems.

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct inspections and testing of bearings at different production stages
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes & documentation
  • Investigate defects, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions
    Work with suppliers to ensure material quality compliance
  • Maintain ISO, BIS, and other certification standards
  • Collaborate with R&D on product improvements and reliability testing

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
  • 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance (preferably in automotive or industrial components)
    Strong knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, etc.)
    Familiarity with ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and reporting skills
